At Homely Dreans, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all our customers. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process.

Countries: We currently ship to the Netherlands, United Kingdom and the United States.

Future expansion: We are exploring options to expand our shipping areas in the future.

2. Shipping Costs

Within the Netherlands, United Kingdom and the United States: Free shipping on all orders.

No hidden fees: All costs are clearly shown at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (Central European Time – Amsterdam).

Weekend orders: Orders placed during the weekend are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Netherlands: Estimated delivery time of 4–6 business days.

United States and United Kingdom: Estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days.

Shipping days: Monday to Friday.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or logistical delays.

Total delivery time: Please allow a total delivery time of 5–8 business days for the Netherlands and 8–16 business days for the United States and United Kingdom to receive your order.

5. Shipping Process

Reliable courier services: We ship via DHL and PostNL for orders within the Netherlands, and via DHL, UPS, or FedEx for orders to the United Kingdom and United States.

Insured shipments: All shipments are insured. Please contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transport.

Sustainable packaging: We aim to use eco-friendly packaging materials to reduce our environmental footprint.

6. Track & Trace

Tracking information: After your purchase, you will receive an email with tracking details, including the carrier name and tracking number.

Track your order: You can track your order via our website by entering your tracking number in our tracking portal.

7. Missing Items

Reporting missing items: Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package at support@homelydreams.com

Resolution: We will investigate the issue and either send a replacement item or offer a refund.

8. Return Policy

Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized products cannot be returned.

Return costs:

  • Defective or incorrectly delivered products: Return costs are covered by Homely Dreans.

  • Non-defective products: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 10 days after receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

9. Restocking Fee

No restocking fees: Homely Dreams does not charge restocking fees for returns.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies if the product is defective, damaged during transport, or incorrectly delivered.

Customer remorse (wrong order, doesn't fit, or no longer wanted): The actual return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

11. Customs and Import Duties

Customs fees: Orders shipped to the United States and United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs delays: Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing. Homely Dreams is not responsible for delays at customs.
