1. Damaged or Defective Products
Received a defective product? Contact our customer service immediately for further instructions. Homely Dreams will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement product or a full refund.
Product damaged upon delivery? Send us clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and cover the return costs if necessary.
Received the wrong product? Contact us and we will arrange the return shipment and ensure you receive the correct product.
2. Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier. If the package cannot be located, you will receive a full refund or a replacement product.
3. Cancellation After Ordering
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it according to the return procedure outlined below.
4. Return Policy for Non-Damaged Products
Changed your mind? No problem. You may return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in the original packaging. In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. No Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unwanted item according to our return policy and place a new order.

10. International Returns
Customs declarations: When returning products from the United States and United Kingdom, please clearly mark the package as a "Return" and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.
Duties and taxes: Any customs duties or taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable by Homely Dreams. Please contact your local customs authority for potential reclaim options.
Extended processing time: Please note that international returns may take longer to process due to shipping and customs clearance times.
